America First's First Conundrum - "The Gulf of ?"

While Trump wants to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America, he is exposing himself and the America First slogan to just one of it’s vulnerability. What value is there in renaming the Gulf? And, how does it produce consequences which are beneficial to America? I am sure that many people will have opinions on some inane and emotional “benefit”; but then have they or are they even capable of foreseeing, assessing, and comprehending the “costs”, “disadvantages”, and “consequences” that it demonstrates and results in? I doubt it.

However, it does make for a good American Intelligence Test. Passing the test of course is just one of the problems for the majority of people regardless of their views. This is simply one of the vulnerabilities. After all, what nation doesn’t have a “My Nation” First policy? Every nation has always had that view of the world, and it has lead to the good, the bad, and the ugly in leadership. But I am not sure that it has ever been based upon the most important and valuable attribute in nations’ leaders and leadership: Intelligence.
